This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate government, military, and marine customer segments for Hudson's eco-friendly HVACR products and services.
• Recognize and pursue profitable revenue growth opportunities with current clients.
• Explore new areas within government and marine markets for Hudson's HVAC products and service offerings, focusing on sustainability.
• Create and uphold strategic account plans for major government, military, and marine clients.
• Establish connections with key decision-makers and achieve preferred partner status across product and service lines.
• Articulate the technical advantages of refrigerant recovery, reclamation, and lifecycle management services.
• Identify, map, and maintain regular communication with influential figures in military and marine organizations through in-person, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Recognize unmet customer requirements and devise suitable solutions.
• Comprehend government and marine operational needs to build credibility and commitment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Navigate government procurement processes and strategically position Hudson for growth.
• Keep management updated on progress and account status.
• Maintain regular sales forecasting processes and utilize CRM and other sales tools.
• Engage in professional organizations and industry events for personal growth, customer relationship enhancement, and networking opportunities.
• A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related business field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of sales and/or business development experience, ideally in a technical sector and primarily within B2B environments.
• A proven history of achieving or surpassing growth targets.
• Experience in the HVAC/R industry is advantageous.
• A background in military service or marine industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and military/marine operational needs is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, MS Teams, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to effectively manage time while working remotely.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
