Technical Sales Support – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical expertise and assistance to the North America Healthcare Sales team

• Facilitate technical conversations with customers, fillers, CDMOs, and internal stakeholders

• Assist with filling lines, packaging lines, validation activities, and commercialization initiatives

• Oversee customer projects from the initial concept stage to successful commercialization

• Work in conjunction with Product Management, Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements

• Diagnose technical and quality-related challenges with internal teams to propose effective solutions

• Provide support to customers across North America through meetings, industry events, and internal business activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging, Manufacturing, or a similar field

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical packaging, medical devices, filling equipment, or related sectors

• Strong experience in customer-facing roles and project management

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel as necessary to support customers and business objectives

• Experience collaborating with pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or CDMO clients

• Familiarity with filling line equipment, packaging machinery, and validation procedures

• Understanding of regulated manufacturing environments
