📋 Description

• Oversee and expand business relationships with both end users and distributor partners.

• Engage with customers to deliver metal cutting solutions customized to their manufacturing requirements.

• Generate new business opportunities while nurturing strong connections with existing clients.

• Travel frequently within the territory (50-60%) to connect with customers and partners.

• Balance technical solution selling with territory management, sales administration, and reporting tasks.

• Propel growth by acquiring new clients and enhancing business with current accounts.

• Collaborate effectively with distributor partners through joint visits, lead sharing, and technical assistance.

• Oversee sales activities, strategic planning, and reporting to achieve results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of proven success in technical, consultative sales within manufacturing or distribution settings.

• Strong technical knowledge with demonstrated experience in metal cutting or manufacturing solutions.

• Ability to operate independently in a home or virtual office setting.

• Proficient in qualifying, demonstrating, and persuading customers.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-focused with a solutions-oriented approach.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region and neighboring areas.

• Must reside within the assigned geographic territory.
