Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design tailored technical solutions

• Perform ApartmentIQ product demonstrations highlighting ROI

• Work collaboratively with Sales and Product teams to execute pilot programs for prospective clients

• Manage technical relationships with clients from system setup to troubleshooting

• Convert customer challenges into actionable engineering requirements for upcoming product releases

• Collaborate across Engineering, Sales, and Product teams

• Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities

• Travel up to 25% for important client meetings and industry events

• Serve as a trusted advisor, connecting ApartmentIQ’s offerings with customers’ business challenges

• Enhance revenue through a technical sales approach

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical sales and/or sales engineering

• Robust technical understanding of multifamily competitive intelligence, market data, revenue management tools, software, and systems

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex ideas for non-technical audiences

• Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

• Familiarity with tech stack including Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.

• Required experience in multifamily sales

• Self-motivated, adaptable individual

• Strong networking and interpersonal capabilities

• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
