This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Promote Aquipta and Botox to neurologists and other healthcare professionals engaged in migraine treatment.
• Effectively, ethically, and appropriately communicate scientific data, clinical advantages, and brand positioning.
• Conduct consultative interactions utilizing the Challenger model.
• Identify opportunities to enhance disease awareness, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment accessibility.
• Develop and implement territory planning strategies.
• Organize visits based on established segmentation, potential, frequency, sequencing, and objectives.
• Analyze audits, market reports, demand, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Map priority accounts, centers of excellence, care pathways, and the patient journey for individuals with migraines.
• Collaborate with priority points of sale to ensure product availability and the execution of commercial and promotional strategies.
• Foster long-term customer relationships and co-create solutions in line with company policies.
• Work alongside Market Access in both private and public sectors when applicable.
• Document visits and interactions in Veeva.
• Monitor the execution of performance KPIs and discuss action plans with the District Manager.
• Engage in congresses, scientific events, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other departments.
• Report adverse event information to Pharmacovigilance within 24 hours.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, a healthcare-related field, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative sales, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Capability to learn and convey scientific content clearly and confidently.
• Knowledge of territory planning, performance indicator analysis, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel and commute as required by the territory’s geographic coverage.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Availability for travel.
• Preferred: experience in neurology, migraine, pain management, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets.
• Preferred: experience with product launches, market development, or shifts in therapeutic paradigms.
• Preferred: experience managing accounts, centers of excellence, and the private market.
• Proficiency in English.
