This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enhance the experience of patients suffering from migraines through the introduction of Aquipta, the establishment of the preventive treatment concept, and the comprehensive promotion of AbbVie’s product range, including Aquipta and Botox.
• Strategically oversee the territory and key accounts.
• Advocate for Aquipta and Botox to neurologists and other healthcare providers by presenting scientific data, clinical advantages, and brand positioning.
• Conduct consultative discussions utilizing the Challenger model.
• Discover opportunities to raise disease awareness, improve diagnosis, prevention, and access to treatments.
• Create and implement Territory Planning, outlining priorities, objectives, action plans, investments, and performance metrics.
• Organize visits based on segmentation, potential, frequency, sequencing, and goals.
• Evaluate audits, market analyses, demand, and KPIs to refine strategies and enhance territory performance.
• Chart priority accounts, centers of excellence, care pathways, and the patient experience for individuals with migraines.
• Recognize stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, challenges, and opportunities, developing customized plans.
• Collaborate with priority sales points to ensure product availability and the execution of commercial and promotional strategies.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and co-develop solutions that align with company policies.
• Partner with Market Access to identify and nurture opportunities in both private and public sectors.
• Convert Marketing strategies into priorities, objectives, and actionable plans.
• Document visits and interactions using Veeva.
• Monitor execution and outcome KPIs, discussing action plans with the District Manager.
• Engage in congresses, scientific meetings, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other departments.
• Report adverse events to Pharmacovigilance within 24 hours.
• Ensure consistent execution of Aquipta and Botox strategies, promote brand adoption, and utilize data-driven territory management and market intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative sales, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Capability to learn and convey scientific information clearly and confidently.
• Familiarity with territory planning, performance analysis, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel and commute as required by the territory's coverage area.
• Valid driver's license.
• Based in Rio de Janeiro, RJ, or Belo Horizonte, MG, with travel coverage for Vitória, ES; Rio de Janeiro, RJ; and Belo Horizonte, MG.
• Preferred: experience in neurology, migraine, pain management, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets.
• Preferred: experience with product launches, market development, or shifts in treatment concepts.
• Preferred: experience managing accounts, centers of excellence, and private sector markets.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
