This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enhance the experience of patients suffering from migraines by launching Aquipta, advancing the preventive treatment concept, and integrating AbbVie’s portfolio, which includes Aquipta and Botox.
• Advocate for Aquipta and Botox among neurologists and other healthcare professionals by presenting scientific evidence, clinical advantages, and brand positioning.
• Engage in consultative interactions utilizing the Challenger model.
• Discover opportunities to raise disease awareness, improve diagnosis, prevention, and facilitate access to suitable treatments.
• Create and implement Territory Planning by setting priorities, objectives, action plans, investments, and performance metrics.
• Organize visits based on established segmentation, potential, frequency, sequencing, and goals.
• Evaluate audits, market reports, demand metrics, and KPIs to refine strategy and enhance territory performance.
• Chart priority accounts, centers of excellence, care pathways, and the patient journey for migraine sufferers.
• Identify key stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, barriers, and opportunities within each account.
• Collaborate with priority points of sale to ensure product availability and the execution of commercial and promotional strategies.
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers and collaborate on solutions in alignment with company policies.
• Partner with Market Access to explore and develop opportunities in both private and public sectors.
• Translate Marketing strategies into actionable priorities, objectives, and plans within Territory Planning.
• Log visits and interactions in Veeva by the set deadlines.
• Track execution and outcome KPIs, discussing analyses and action plans with the District Manager.
• Engage in congresses, scientific gatherings, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other departments.
• Operate in accordance with the Code of Conduct, commercial policies, promotional standards, and relevant legislation.
• Report adverse events to Pharmacovigilance within 24 hours.
• Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, a healthcare-related field, or a similar discipline.
• Experience in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative selling, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Capability to learn and convey scientific information clearly and confidently.
• Knowledge of territory planning, performance indicator analysis, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel and commute according to territory coverage needs.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in neurology, migraine, pain management, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets is a plus.
• Previous experience with product launches, market development, or shifts in therapeutic concepts is a plus.
• Experience in managing accounts, centers of excellence, and private markets is a plus.
