This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enhance the experience of patients suffering from migraine through the introduction of Aquipta, the formulation of the preventive treatment concept, and the comprehensive promotion of AbbVie’s portfolio, which includes Aquipta and Botox.
• Advocate for Aquipta and Botox among neurologists and other healthcare professionals by conveying scientific data, clinical advantages, and brand positioning.
• Execute consultative interactions utilizing the Challenger Sales model.
• Recognize opportunities to elevate disease awareness, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment accessibility.
• Create and implement Territory Planning, establishing priorities, objectives, action plans, investments, and performance metrics.
• Organize visits based on segmentation, potential, frequency, sequence, and goals.
• Examine audits, market reports, demand, and KPIs to refine strategy and enhance territory performance.
• Chart priority accounts, referral centers, care pathways, and the patient journey for individuals with migraine.
• Identify stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, barriers, and opportunities within each account.
• Collaborate with key points of sale to ensure product availability and the execution of commercial and promotional strategies.
• Foster customer relationships and co-develop solutions in alignment with company policies.
• Partner with Market Access on opportunities in both private and public sectors, where applicable.
• Convert Marketing strategies into territory priorities, objectives, and action plans.
• Document visits and interactions in Veeva.
• Track KPIs and review analyses and action plans with the District Manager.
• Engage in congresses, scientific events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other departments.
• Report adverse events to Pharmacovigilance within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative sales, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Capability to learn and convey scientific content effectively and confidently.
• Knowledge of territory planning, performance analysis, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel and work throughout the designated territory.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Open to travel opportunities.
• Background in neurology, migraine, pain management, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets.
• Experience with product launches, market development, or evolving therapeutic concepts.
• Experience managing accounts, referral centers, and operations in the private market.
• Proficiency in English.
