This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Transform the experience of patients suffering from migraines through the introduction of Aquipta, the development of a preventive treatment approach, and the cohesive management of AbbVie’s portfolio, which includes Aquipta and Botox.
• Strategically oversee the designated territory and key accounts.
• Promote Aquipta and therapeutic Botox to neurologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate scientific evidence, clinical advantages, and brand positioning in a clear, ethical, and relevant manner.
• Conduct consultative engagements utilizing the Challenger model.
• Identify opportunities to enhance disease awareness, diagnosis, prevention, and access to treatment.
• Develop and implement Territory Planning, outlining priorities, objectives, action plans, investments, and performance metrics.
• Organize visits based on segmentation, potential, frequency, sequencing, and objectives.
• Analyze audits, market reports, demand, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Map out priority accounts, centers of excellence, care pathways, and the patient journey.
• Identify stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, barriers, and opportunities within each account.
• Operate at key points of sale, ensuring product availability and the execution of commercial and promotional strategies.
• Build enduring relationships and co-create solutions in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with Market Access on opportunities in both private and public sectors.
• Translate Marketing strategies into actionable priorities and plans.
• Document visits and interactions in Veeva.
• Monitor KPIs and discuss action plans with the District Manager.
• Participate in congresses, scientific events, and promotional activities.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other functions.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct, commercial policies, promotional standards, and relevant legislation.
• Report adverse events to Pharmacovigilance within 24 hours.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, healthcare-related fields, or a related discipline.
• Experience in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative sales, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Ability to learn and articulate scientific content clearly and confidently.
• Familiarity with territory planning, performance analysis, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel and commute as necessary for the territory’s coverage area.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Availability to travel is essential.
• Preferred: experience in neurology, migraine, pain management, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets.
• Preferred: experience with product launches, market development, or shifts in treatment paradigms.
• Preferred: experience managing accounts, centers of excellence, and private-sector markets.
• Proficiency in English is advantageous.
