This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enhance the experience of patients suffering from migraine by launching Aquipta, developing the preventive treatment concept, and effectively executing AbbVie’s portfolio, which includes Aquipta and Botox.
• Strategically oversee the assigned territory and key accounts.
• Advocate for Aquipta and therapeutic Botox to neurologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Present scientific evidence, clinical advantages, and brand positioning effectively.
• Engage in consultative interactions utilizing the Challenger model.
• Recognize opportunities to boost disease awareness, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment access.
• Create and implement Territory Planning.
• Organize visits based on segmentation, potential, frequency, sequence, and objectives.
• Examine audits, market reports, demand, and KPIs.
• Map out priority accounts, centers of excellence, care pathways, and the patient journey.
• Collaborate with priority points of sale to ensure product availability and implement commercial and promotional strategies.
• Build long-lasting relationships and co-create solutions in line with company policies.
• Partner with Market Access on opportunities in both private and public sectors.
• Convert Marketing strategies into priorities, objectives, and actionable plans.
• Document visits and interactions in Veeva.
• Track KPIs and review analyses and action plans with the District Manager.
• Engage in congresses, scientific events, and promotional initiatives.
• Work alongside Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other departments.
• Conduct all activities in accordance with the Code of Conduct, commercial policies, promotional standards, and relevant legislation.
• Report any adverse events to Pharmacovigilance within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Ensure consistent execution of Aquipta and Botox strategies, promote brand adoption, and utilize data-driven territory management and market intelligence.
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative sales, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Capability to learn and convey scientific content clearly and confidently.
• Familiarity with territory planning, performance indicator analysis, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel and commute as necessary for territory coverage.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Residing in the Federal District (DF), Salvador (BA), or Recife (PE).
• Preferred: background in neurology, migraine, pain, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets.
• Preferred: experience with product launches, market development, or evolving therapeutic concepts.
• Preferred: experience in managing accounts, centers of excellence, and the private market.
• Proficiency in English.
