This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Transform the experience of patients suffering from migraines through the introduction of Aquipta, the advancement of preventive treatment concepts, and the cohesive promotion of AbbVie’s product lineup, including Aquipta and Botox.
• Advocate for Aquipta and Botox to neurologists and other healthcare professionals by presenting scientific data, clinical advantages, and brand positioning.
• Engage in consultative discussions utilizing the Challenger model.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance disease awareness, diagnosis, prevention, and access to suitable treatment options.
• Create and implement Territory Planning, setting priorities, objectives, action plans, investments, and performance metrics.
• Organize visits based on defined segmentation, potential, frequency, sequence, and objectives.
• Evaluate audits, market reports, demand, and KPIs to pinpoint opportunities and optimize territory performance.
• Map out priority accounts, centers of excellence, care pathways, and the patient journey for individuals with migraines.
• Identify stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, barriers, and opportunities within each account.
• Act at key points of sale, ensuring product availability and executing commercial and promotional strategies.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and co-create solutions in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with Market Access to identify and develop opportunities within both private and public healthcare sectors.
• Translate Marketing strategies into actionable priorities, objectives, and plans.
• Document visits and interactions in Veeva.
• Track execution and outcome KPIs and discuss action plans with the District Manager.
• Participate in congresses, scientific events, and promotional initiatives.
• Work closely with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other departments.
• Perform activities in adherence to the Code of Conduct, commercial policies, promotional standards, and relevant legislation.
• Report adverse events to Pharmacovigilance within 24 hours.
• Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or related disciplines.
• Experience in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative sales, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Ability to learn and articulate scientific content clearly and with confidence.
• Familiarity with territory planning, performance metrics analysis, and CRM systems.
• Availability for travel and commuting as dictated by the territory’s coverage area.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel.
• Preferred: experience in neurology, migraine, pain management, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets.
• Preferred: experience with product launches, market development, or shifts in therapeutic concepts.
• Preferred: experience managing accounts, centers of excellence, and private healthcare markets.
• Preferred: proficiency in English.
