This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Promote Aquipta and Botox to neurologists and other healthcare professionals engaged in migraine management.
• Clearly, ethically, and relevantly communicate scientific data, clinical advantages, and brand positioning.
• Conduct consultative interactions utilizing the Challenger model.
• Identify opportunities to enhance disease awareness, diagnosis, prevention, and access to suitable treatments.
• Develop and implement territory plans.
• Organize visits based on established segmentation, potential, frequency, sequencing, and objectives.
• Analyze audits, market reports, demand data, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present action plans to accelerate results, address performance gaps, or create new opportunities.
• Map priority accounts, centers of excellence, care pathways, and the migraine patient journey.
• Identify stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, obstacles, and opportunities within each account.
• Engage with key points of sale, ensuring product availability and the effective execution of commercial and promotional strategies.
• Establish long-term relationships with customers and collaboratively create solutions in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with Market Access on opportunities in both private and public sectors, when applicable.
• Translate marketing strategies into priorities, objectives, and actionable plans.
• Document visits and interactions in Veeva.
• Ensure the completion of segmentation surveys, opt-in acquisition, mandatory training, and other company processes.
• Monitor KPIs and discuss analyses and action plans with the District Manager.
• Participate in congresses, scientific events, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other departments.
• Report adverse events to Pharmacovigilance within 24 hours.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, a healthcare-related field, or a similar discipline.
• Experience in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative sales, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Ability to learn and convey scientific content clearly and confidently.
• Familiarity with territory planning, performance indicator analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Willingness to travel and commute as needed based on the territory’s coverage area.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Availability for travel.
• Preferred: experience in neurology, migraine, pain, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets.
• Preferred: experience with product launches, market development, or altering therapeutic perceptions.
• Preferred: experience managing accounts, centers of excellence, and private-sector markets.
• Proficiency in English.
