This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enhance the experience of patients suffering from migraine through the introduction of Aquipta, the formulation of preventive treatment strategies, and the comprehensive management of AbbVie’s product offerings, including Aquipta and Botox.
• Strategically oversee the designated territory and key accounts.
• Advocate for Aquipta and Botox among neurologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Articulate scientific evidence, clinical advantages, and brand positioning effectively.
• Engage in consultative interactions utilizing the Challenger model.
• Discover opportunities to improve disease awareness, diagnosis, prevention, and access to treatment options.
• Create and implement Territory Planning.
• Schedule visits based on account segmentation, potential, frequency, sequencing, and objectives.
• Evaluate audits, market reports, demand, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Chart priority accounts, referral centers, care pathways, and the patient journey.
• Identify key stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, barriers, and opportunities.
• Operate at key points of sale, ensuring product availability and the execution of commercial and promotional strategies.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and collaborate on solutions in line with company policies.
• Partner with Market Access to identify opportunities in both private and public sectors.
• Translate Marketing strategies into priorities, objectives, and actionable plans.
• Document visits and interactions in Veeva.
• Complete segmentation research, opt-in acquisition, mandatory training, and other essential processes.
• Monitor KPIs and engage in discussions regarding analyses and action plans with the District Manager.
• Participate in congresses, scientific events, and promotional activities.
• Work in collaboration with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other departments.
• Conduct activities in accordance with the Code of Conduct, commercial policies, promotional standards, and relevant legislation.
• Report adverse events to Pharmacovigilance within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Ensure consistent implementation of Aquipta and Botox strategies, promote brand adoption, and utilize data-driven management and market intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, healthcare-related fields, or a similar discipline.
• Background in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative sales, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Ability to comprehend and convey scientific information clearly and confidently.
• Familiarity with territory planning, performance indicator analysis, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Willingness to travel and commute within the designated coverage area.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Residing in the Federal District (DF), Salvador (BA), or Recife (PE).
• Preferred: experience in neurology, migraine, pain management, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets.
• Preferred: experience with product launches, market development, or evolving therapeutic concepts.
• Preferred: experience in account management, referral centers, and the private market.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
