This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enhance the experience of patients suffering from migraine through the introduction of Aquipta, the development of a preventive treatment approach, and the cohesive implementation of AbbVie’s offerings, including Aquipta and Botox.
• Strategically oversee the designated territory and key accounts.
• Promote Aquipta and therapeutic Botox to neurologists and various healthcare professionals.
• Deliver scientific evidence, highlight clinical advantages, and establish brand positioning.
• Engage in consultative discussions utilizing the Challenger model.
• Identify chances to boost disease awareness, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment access.
• Formulate and implement Territory Planning, outlining priorities, goals, action plans, investments, and performance metrics.
• Organize visits based on segmentation, potential, frequency, sequencing, and objectives.
• Evaluate audit data, market insights, demand, and KPIs to refine strategies.
• Map out key accounts, centers of excellence, care pathways, and the patient experience.
• Identify stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, barriers, and opportunities to create customized plans.
• Collaborate with priority points of sale to ensure product availability and the execution of commercial and promotional strategies.
• Cultivate long-term relationships and co-develop solutions aligned with company policies.
• Partner with Market Access on opportunities within the private and public sectors, as applicable.
• Document visits and interactions in Veeva.
• Ensure completion of segmentation surveys, opt-ins, mandatory training, and other corporate processes.
• Monitor KPIs and review analyses and action plans with the District Manager.
• Attend congresses, scientific events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other departments.
• Report adverse events to Pharmacovigilance within 24 hours.
• Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related fields.
• Experience in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative sales, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Capability to learn and articulate scientific content clearly and confidently.
• Knowledge of territory planning, performance indicator evaluation, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel and commute based on the territory’s coverage area.
• Valid driver’s license is essential.
• Located in Campinas, São Paulo, with the ability to travel to Ribeirão Preto, São José do Rio Preto, and Bauru.
• Preferred: experience in neurology, migraine, pain management, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets.
• Preferred: experience with product launches, market development, or shifts in treatment concepts.
• Preferred: experience managing accounts, centers of excellence, and the private market.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
