This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enhance the experience of patients suffering from migraines by launching Aquipta, developing the preventive treatment framework, and managing AbbVie’s portfolio, which includes Aquipta and Botox.
• Advocate for Aquipta and Botox to neurologists and other healthcare professionals by effectively conveying scientific evidence, clinical advantages, and brand positioning.
• Engage in consultative discussions utilizing the Challenger model.
• Recognize opportunities to elevate disease awareness, improve diagnosis, enhance prevention, and facilitate access to treatment.
• Formulate and implement territory planning, establishing priorities, objectives, action plans, investments, and performance metrics.
• Schedule visits based on segmentation, potential, frequency, sequence, and objectives.
• Evaluate audits, market reports, demand data, and KPIs to refine strategy and optimize territory performance.
• Outline priority accounts, centers of reference, care pathways, and the patient journey for migraine sufferers.
• Identify stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, obstacles, and opportunities within each account.
• Collaborate with key points of sale to ensure product availability and the execution of commercial and promotional strategies.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and co-develop solutions in line with company policies.
• Partner with Market Access on opportunities within both private and public sectors, as appropriate.
• Convert Marketing strategies into actionable priorities, objectives, and plans.
• Document visits and interactions in Veeva.
• Ensure the completion of segmentation surveys, opt-in collection, mandatory training, and other necessary processes.
• Track KPIs and discuss analyses and action plans with the District Manager.
• Participate in congresses, scientific events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other departments.
• Carry out activities in accordance with the Code of Conduct, commercial policies, promotional standards, and relevant legislation.
• Report adverse events to Pharmacovigilance within 24 hours.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Experience in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative sales, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Ability to effectively learn and communicate scientific content with clarity and confidence.
• Familiarity with territory planning, performance indicator evaluation, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel and commute as necessary for the territory’s coverage area.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Residing in Rio de Janeiro, RJ, or Belo Horizonte, MG, with travel to Vitória, ES, Rio de Janeiro, RJ, and Belo Horizonte, MG.
• Preferred: experience in neurology, migraine, pain management, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets.
• Preferred: experience with product launches, market development, or evolving therapeutic concepts.
• Preferred: experience in managing accounts, centers of reference, and the private market.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
