This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enhance the experience of patients suffering from migraine by launching Qulipta (atogepant), developing the preventive treatment concept, and promoting AbbVie’s portfolio, which includes Qulipta and Botox.
• Strategically oversee the territory and key accounts.
• Advocate for Qulipta and therapeutic Botox within the medical community and among key stakeholders in the migraine ecosystem.
• Convey scientific evidence, clinical advantages, and brand positioning effectively.
• Engage in consultative interactions utilizing the Challenger model.
• Spot opportunities to boost disease awareness, diagnosis, prevention, and access to treatment.
• Create and implement Territory Planning by determining priorities, objectives, action plans, investments, and performance indicators.
• Organize visits based on segmentation, potential, frequency, sequencing, and objectives.
• Assess audits, market reports, demand, and KPIs.
• Chart priority accounts, centers of excellence, care pathways, and the patient journey.
• Identify stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, barriers, and opportunities.
• Operate at key points of sale, ensuring product availability and executing commercial and promotional strategies.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and co-create solutions in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with Market Access on opportunities in both private and public sectors.
• Convert Marketing strategies into priorities, objectives, and action plans.
• Document visits and interactions in Veeva.
• Ensure completion of segmentation research, opt-in processes, mandatory training, and other essential processes.
• Track KPIs and discuss analyses and action plans with the District Manager.
• Take part in congresses, scientific events, and promotional activities.
• Work together with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other departments.
• Report adverse events to Pharmacovigilance within 24 hours.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, a health-related field, or a related discipline.
• Background in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative selling, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Capability to absorb and communicate scientific content clearly and confidently.
• Knowledge of territory planning, performance analysis, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel and commute as necessary for territory coverage.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Readiness to travel.
• Experience in neurology, migraine, pain management, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets.
• Familiarity with product launches, market development, or shifts in therapeutic concepts.
• Experience in managing accounts, centers of excellence, and private-sector markets.
• Proficiency in English.
