Technical Research Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement market or product research strategies to evaluate market conditions, trends, or product features.

• Carry out assigned research or experiments utilizing suitable software, equipment, techniques, tools, and protocols under moderate supervision.

• Independently organize research timelines and establish routines to adhere to project deadlines.

• Document experimental findings, perform calculations, analyze results, provide recommendations, and maintain precise work records.

• Utilize scientific principles to draw conclusions based on data analysis.

• Generate standard research reports and memos.

• Engage in literature reviews and participate in team meetings.

• Support the research goals of product management.

• Take part in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and meetings to create innovative healthcare solutions.

• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory affairs, and marketing teams throughout the product development process.

• Investigate current healthcare technology trends and contribute to white papers or reports focusing on innovation opportunities.

• Perform additional duties as required by responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate-level program majoring in Microbiology, PreMed, Biology, or a related field.

• Preference for graduate students; consideration for undergraduate juniors and seniors.

• Strong team player with the ability to work and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Demonstrates a willingness to learn.

• Capable of coordinating and communicating efficiently with all organizational levels and external clients.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
