Technical Representative, Altra Running

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct captivating product training sessions for retail employees, both in-store and outdoors.

• Serve as the regional product authority and primary liaison among Altra, sales representatives, and retail accounts.

• Provide valuable insights gathered from the field.

• Cultivate strong relationships with retail partners to inspire and assist store teams.

• Ensure top-notch in-store brand representation through effective merchandising and POS execution.

• Organize events and showcase Altra at trade shows, store openings, and customer gatherings.

• Spearhead community engagement initiatives and support local brand ambassadors.

• Prepare reports and presentations.

• Oversee budgets and occasionally assist the sales representative with order management.

• Enhance brand visibility and sales performance in Poland and Austria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in retail, field support, or technical representation—preferably within the running or outdoor sector.

• Strong passion for running and extensive knowledge of running footwear.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Highly motivated, well-organized, and adept at working autonomously.

• Strong willingness to travel and possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Native or fluent in Polish and German; proficiency in English is advantageous.

• Openness to travel throughout Poland and Austria.

• Capability to produce reports and presentations, manage budgets, and assist with order management.
