Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete IT recruitment process for clients based in Singapore.

• Identify high-quality candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Naukri, GitHub, X-Ray Search, referrals, and additional sourcing methods.

• Evaluate candidates for their technical abilities, communication skills, salary expectations, notice periods, and relocation/visa qualifications.

• Develop robust talent pipelines across multiple technology sectors.

• Facilitate interviews with clients to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

• Negotiate job offers and maintain candidate engagement throughout the onboarding process.

• Keep precise recruitment reports and updates in the ATS.

• Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers and Account Managers to comprehend hiring needs.

• Meet recruitment KPIs, submission goals, interview ratios, and closure targets.

• Stay informed on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, EP/S Pass eligibility, and market intelligence in Singapore.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of IT recruitment experience with familiarity with the Singapore market.

• In-depth knowledge of Singapore's recruitment processes and hiring practices.

• Practical experience sourcing technical candidates across various technology fields.

• Proficiency in Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, GitHub, and major job portals.

• Outstanding stakeholder and candidate management abilities.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• Experience in recruitment for clients in Singapore’s Banking and Financial Services sector.

• Familiarity with Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Singapore hiring regulations.

• Background in working with MSP, RPO, or staffing agencies.

• Experience with bulk recruitment and specialized technology hiring.
