This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
β’ Identify and engage both passive and active talent.
β’ Stay informed about market trends.
β’ Act as the initial point of contact for applicants and referrals for potential employees.
β’ Provide guidance to business leaders on industry-leading hiring practices.
β’ Engage in ongoing education to train leaders and interviewers in effective interview techniques.
β’ Assist stakeholders in creating appealing and compliant job descriptions.
β’ Organize interview panels and facilitate debrief sessions.
β’ Ensure the acquisition of high-quality hires.
β’ Build and maintain talent pipelines.
β’ Collaborate with hiring managers across Talent Acquisition, from strategic planning to candidate hiring and onboarding.
β’ Develop a strong business acumen and comprehend how the work of engineering teams aligns with the company's long-term goals.
β’ A minimum of 6 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years focused on technical or engineering hiring.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in hiring and employment compliance within a regulated industry, government contracting environment, or complex corporate organization.
β’ Proficiency in using Artificial Intelligence tools to streamline tasks.
β’ Preferred: Over 2 years of experience in hiring artificial intelligence professionals or related skill sets.
β’ Preferred: Experience in hiring for strategic operations roles within a product or sales setting.
β’ Preferred: Comprehensive understanding of EEO laws.
β’ Preferred: Experience managing immigration processes in the recruitment landscape.
β’ Preferred: Proven ability to influence business leaders to adopt new practices and explore alternative talent acquisition strategies.
β’ Preferred: Experience utilizing data to analyze trends and pinpoint obstacles.
β’ Preferred: Demonstrated knowledge of current, evolving trends in the AI sector.
β’ Preferred: Experience in a data-driven environment, overseeing desk and requisition loads, and leveraging data to influence business leaders.
