📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire recruiting process for technology positions at all levels, ranging from analysts and engineers to senior leadership and VP roles.

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and IT leaders.

• Develop sourcing strategies for specialized technical skill sets.

• Evaluate candidates for their technical suitability.

• Guide candidates through the interview process, offers, and finalization.

• Attract and engage passive talent.

• Align hiring managers with market insights.

• Simultaneously manage searches for both individual contributors and executive-level positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive technical recruiting experience, particularly in IT and enterprise technology roles.

• Proven experience recruiting for application architecture, Salesforce (including developers, architects, admins, CPQ, or Service Cloud), and platform or cloud engineering positions.

• Skilled in recruiting across various levels, from analysts and individual contributors to Directors and VPs.

• Exceptional sourcing abilities, including proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and outreach to passive candidates.

• Capability to comprehend technical requirements and evaluate candidates accordingly.

• Experience collaborating with and advising senior IT leaders and executives.

• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.

• Familiarity with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Prior experience in-house or with RPO supporting a large enterprise or CPG/consumer goods company is preferred.

• Background in recruiting for enterprise application environments (Salesforce, SAP, integration, and middleware) is preferred.

• Experience in executive search or VP-level technology hiring is preferred.
