This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Fill technical roles, currently emphasizing software engineering
• Proactively recruit Product Owners, Project Managers, and Business Analysts
• Review incoming applications and evaluate candidates’ technical profiles
• Assess the alignment between candidates’ experience and project backgrounds with role requirements
• Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting avenues, reaching out personally
• Conduct initial interviews to clarify technical experience, motivation, availability, and salary expectations
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and subject-matter experts
• Prepare for interviews and guide candidates through the entire process
• Maintain application processes within the applicant tracking system
• Ensure consistent communication between Recruiting, specialist departments, and management
• Monitor the recruitment market and provide insights on enhancing sourcing and outreach
• Experience in recruiting and actively sourcing technical professionals
• Proven track record of successfully filling software engineering positions
• Understanding the distinctions between frontend, backend, and full-stack profiles
• Capability to ask targeted questions regarding hands-on project experience
• Ideally, familiarity with profiles in product and project environments
• Knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, CI/CD, and Kubernetes
• Confidence in assessing technical résumés and engaging with candidates on an equal level
• Proficient use of applicant tracking systems and digital recruiting tools
• Experience with JOIN is advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• Independent, organized, and transparent working style
• Ability to manage multiple searches at once
• Openness to effectively utilizing AI tools for research, outreach, and work organization
• Careful evaluation of AI-generated results
