Technical Sourcer/Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Identifying potential candidates through effective recruitment sources.

• Keeping the candidate database and management systems like Jira and Teamtailor up to date.

• Collaborating with the recruitment team to understand internal and client recruitment needs and processes.

• Actively participating in training courses and updates.

• Staying informed about trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Keeping updated on technical vocabulary.

• Meeting management and productivity metrics.

• Providing a pipeline for recruiters and the team to achieve hiring goals.

• Ensuring pleasant experiences for candidates and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or sourcing.

• Knowledge of search techniques in databases and social media.

• Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate tracking tools.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Results-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.

• Self-learning capability.

• Proactive attitude.
