Senior Technical Recruiter, Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive product searches across Product Management, Product Design, and Product Analytics/Research.

• Oversee role scoping, candidate closure, quality narrative, funnel health, and search strategy.

• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer, Vice Presidents of Product and Design, and leadership teams on hiring strategies.

• Provide guidance on role definitions, leveling, search design, talent standards, market dynamics, and inclusive hiring practices.

• Develop structured search plans and identify bottlenecks.

• Create and implement targeted sourcing strategies.

• Leverage data to inform funnel expectations and search decisions.

• Enhance the quality and consistency of product hiring.

• Define product competencies and design case exercises.

• Gather market intelligence regarding compensation, organizational design, talent pools, and hiring practices of peer companies.

• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience for senior product leaders.

• Work in tandem with sourcers and coordination partners throughout the entire search process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.

• Significant experience in hiring senior product talent.

• Extensive background in tech recruiting.

• Familiarity with Product Management and/or Product Design is advantageous.

• Experience as a trusted advisor to executives.

• Capability to influence decisions using data, market insights, and structured thinking.

• Proficiency in managing complex or ambiguous searches.

• High level of agency and operational excellence.

• Experience in multi-channel sourcing, research, relationship-building, and market mapping.

• Ability to evaluate product talent and calibrate a PM’s or designer’s scope, judgment, and impact.

• Strong communication skills, presence, and executive polish.
