This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct comprehensive product searches for positions ranging from senior individual contributors to Director-level leaders and above.
• Take ownership of role scoping, candidate engagement, and the narrative surrounding candidate quality, funnel health, and search strategy.
• Collaborate with the CPO, VPs of Product and Design, and leadership teams to define roles, establish leveling, design searches, evaluate talent standards, understand market dynamics, and implement inclusive hiring processes.
• Develop structured search plans and identify bottlenecks proactively.
• Create and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber product talent.
• Leverage data to set expectations for the hiring funnel and adjust search strategies based on real-time indicators.
• Enhance the quality and consistency of product hiring by clarifying success profiles, product competencies, and case exercises.
• Gather market intelligence related to product talent, compensation, organizational design, talent pools, and hiring practices of peer companies.
• Provide an executive-level, high-touch candidate experience for senior product leaders.
• Work in partnership with sourcers and coordination teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end search process.
• Assist Headway in scaling sustainably while serving providers and patients across the nation.
• Minimum of 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
• Significant experience in hiring senior, director, and VP-level product professionals.
• Extensive background in recruiting talent for Product Management and/or Product Design roles.
• Proven experience in managing senior and executive-level searches.
• Ability to provide executive advice using data, market insights, and structured methodologies.
• Skill in navigating ambiguous or complex search requirements and establishing repeatable processes.
• High level of agency and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in multi-channel sourcing, research, relationship-building, and market mapping.
• Capability to evaluate product talent, including assessing scope, judgment, and impact of PMs or designers.
• Strong communication skills, professional presence, and executive polish.
• Dedication to maintaining inclusive and consistent hiring practices.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
