📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete sourcing and outbound recruitment process for software engineering and technical positions based in the U.S.

• Create and implement outbound campaigns utilizing cold email sequences and cold calling techniques.

• Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools to find, enhance, and prioritize candidate lists effectively.

• Oversee candidate interactions through outreach, screening, scheduling, and updating the recruitment pipeline.

• Collaborate with the hiring team to fine-tune sourcing criteria based on candidate quality and market insights.

• Engage in screening, complete a take-home sourcing assignment, and participate in a paid work trial using company tools and live job openings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in a rapidly growing U.S.-based startup (from seed to Series B).

• Startup experience should be within a product-focused company, such as those in SaaS, AI agents, or enterprise software.

• Proven success in sourcing and securing multiple software engineering roles in the U.S.

• Extensive experience with outbound recruitment strategies, including cold email campaigns and cold calling.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools as part of the daily sourcing process.

• Willingness to commit to a six-day work week, from Monday to Saturday.

• Ability to work late hours in India that align with U.S. business hours.

• A consistent and stable work history; frequent unexplained gaps in employment are not acceptable.

• Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing platforms like Juicebox or MetaView is advantageous.

• Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, hireEZ, SeekOut, GitHub/Octohunt, and Wellfound is preferred.
