Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech Focus, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive recruiting for available roles, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, managing the hiring process, and negotiating offers.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from the initial introduction through to onboarding.

• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process continuously.

• Lead or engage in various HR projects and initiatives.

• Maintain recruiting databases systematically and promptly.

• Establish and nurture a pipeline of top-tier talent through networking, outreach to universities, job fairs, and ongoing engagement with candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within a leading Internet company or agency.

• Experience in Business/Corporate Talent acquisition for Web3/Crypto companies would be advantageous.

• Proficiency in English is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of additional languages would be beneficial.

• Proficient in contemporary sourcing and selection methodologies.

• Experience in market mapping for global markets or specifically for Asia.

• Proven history of achieving ambitious hiring objectives.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently.

• A positive attitude towards cryptocurrency.
