IT Recruiter, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify qualified IT candidates for recruitment projects.

• Develop and refine search methodologies, including Boolean, X-Ray, and Semantic Search techniques.

• Engage in active sourcing utilizing contemporary recruiting and research tools.

• Customize initial outreach efforts to potential candidates.

• Conduct virtual screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

• Assess candidates' suitability against the requirements profile and prepare organized interview notes.

• Present qualified candidates to the recruitment team.

• Maintain documentation of activities in the ATS and sourcing platform.

• Collaborate closely with the recruiting team on search strategies, target profiles, and tracking search progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT recruiting, including active sourcing (mandatory).

• Experience in engaging with IT professionals and executives.

• Proven experience in conducting structured virtual interviews.

• Ability to confidently evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit, providing clear assessments of their suitability.

• Strong technical knowledge and an intuitive understanding of IT roles and technology stacks.

• Expertise in modern sourcing methods.

• Familiarity with Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and Semantic Search techniques.

• Organized and self-motivated working approach.

• Proficient in business-level German (at least C1/C2) is essential.

• Good proficiency in English.

• No generalists or entry-level candidates; several years of successful experience in active IT sourcing is required.
