Technical Recruiter – Full-Cycle Hiring Workflows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Navigate the complete technical recruiting cycle meticulously.

• Illustrate the management of client relationships and set realistic expectations for stakeholders.

• Analyze and respond to sample profiles of technical candidates.

• Articulate strategies for attracting top talent in competitive markets.

• Share insights from a recent challenging search and the methods used to keep clients updated.

• Define the initial criteria for candidate screening.

• Discuss strategies for effective communication and management of daily workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter or as a talent acquisition project lead.

• Practical experience in overseeing full-cycle hiring processes.

• Proficient in discussing strategies for managing client relationships.

• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday during PST hours.

• Excellent track record in managing client relationships.

• Experience in both sourcing candidates and engaging in direct communication with stakeholders.
