📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for both technical and business positions on a global scale.

• Lead direct sourcing efforts utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant platforms.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine profiles, establish strategies, and achieve results.

• Provide insights on talent market trends, sourcing feasibility, and best practices in hiring.

• Ensure a structured, timely, and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Utilize SmartRecruiters ATS to oversee pipelines, reporting, and workflows.

• Work alongside a distributed Talent Acquisition team while independently managing specific roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in the technology sector.

• Ideally experienced in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source settings.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and securing candidates for roles such as Product Managers, Account Executives, Pre-Sales Architects, and other Go-To-Market positions.

• Experience in partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights on hiring decisions.

• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing techniques, and conducting talent market research.

• Practical experience with ATS systems; familiarity with SmartRecruiters is preferred.

• Capability to manage multiple roles independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of results from inception to completion.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different time zones, teams, and cultures.
