• Recruit for roles in software development, DevOps/cloud engineering, data science/AI, cybersecurity, mobile development, blockchain/Web3, gaming, and enterprise software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.

• Strong comprehension of technical roles and the requisite technology stack.

• Experience using modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven track record in successfully closing technical candidates.

• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification; Technical Recruiter Certification (TRC); recruitment marketing; programming languages and technical frameworks; Boolean search techniques; technology or software development; remote hiring and virtual interviewing; multi-lingual capabilities.

• Availability for US business hours Monday to Friday, with some clients requiring flexibility for unusual business hours.

• A computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher.

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.

• A headset with an extended noise-cancelling microphone and a webcam.

• Backup computer and internet connection.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
