⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.

• Strong comprehension of technical roles and the requirements of technology stacks.

• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven success in closing technical candidates.

• PHR certification, TRC certification, or equivalent expertise in technical recruitment.

• Experience in recruitment marketing.

• Knowledge of programming languages and technical frameworks.

• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques.

• Background in technology or software development.

• Experience with remote hiring and virtual interviews.

• Multi-lingual capabilities are a plus.

• Availability to meet client schedules, primarily during US business hours from Monday to Friday, although some clients may operate outside of these hours.

• A computer with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.

• A headset with an extended noise-canceling microphone and webcam.

• A backup computer and internet connection.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
