📋 Description

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared positions independently, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and finalizing offers.

• Acquire proficiency in articulating the federal clearance process, including conducting higher-tier searches.

• Cultivate direct relationships with hiring managers to provide insights on the market, updates on candidate pipelines, and strategic guidance.

• Oversee at least one specific project or initiative in addition to the regular requisition workload each year.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of EEO/OFCCP, clearance, and interview records.

• Implement recurring efficiencies using AI-assisted workflows.

• Utilize sourcing techniques that enhance and diversify candidate pipelines.

• Handle a caseload of typically 12 to 18 active requisitions simultaneously.

• Report to a Senior Technical Recruiter or Recruiting Lead.

• Recruit for customers across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian sectors, Homeland Security, Combatant Commands, and Fourth Estate.

• Proven experience in independently managing full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared positions.

• Familiarity with the federal clearance process, including searches up to Top Secret/SCI and polygraph levels.

• Demonstrated history of hiring managers relying on your recommendations regarding requisitions.

• Experience in proposing or enhancing initiatives beyond your own requisition responsibilities.

• Proficiency in using AI tools to improve efficiency while being mindful of candidate experience.

• A strong commitment to building diverse candidate pipelines, with concrete examples of actions taken.

• Must be eligible for a U.S. Secret security clearance (minimum requirement).

• Capability to manage around 12 to 18 concurrent requisitions.

• Ability to work 100% remotely within the U.S.
