⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.

• A strong understanding of technical roles and the technology stack requirements.

• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven success in closing technical candidates.

• Proficiency in one or more specified areas of technical recruitment.

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or Technical Recruiter Certification (TRC).

• Experience in recruitment marketing.

• Knowledge of programming languages and technical frameworks.

• Experience utilizing Boolean search techniques.

• Background in technology or software development.

• Experience with remote hiring and virtual interviewing.

• Multi-lingual abilities.

• Availability generally during US business hours, Monday to Friday, with some clients potentially having non-standard hours.

• A computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.

• An internet speed of at least 40MBPS.

• A headset equipped with an extended noise-cancelling microphone and webcam.

• A backup computer and internet connection.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
