This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.

• A solid grasp of technical roles and the necessary technology stack.

• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven track record in successfully closing technical candidates.

• Proficient in one or more of the following: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification; Technical Recruiter Certification (TRC); recruitment marketing; programming languages and technical frameworks; Boolean search techniques; technology or software development; remote hiring and virtual interviewing; multilingual abilities.

• General availability during US business hours, Monday to Friday, though some clients may operate outside of standard hours.

• A computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and either an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.

• A headset with an extended noise-canceling microphone and a webcam.

• A backup computer and internet connection.

• A quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
