Technical Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for Engineering positions, such as Data Engineers, Product Engineers, Cloud Architects, and AI Engineers.

• Achieve more than 20 successful hires during a 3-month period while maintaining a balance between speed and quality.

• Collaborate with Engineering Leaders to grasp business priorities, specific role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

• Actively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and market mapping strategies.

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and coordinate interviews for candidates.

• Manage the offer process, including negotiations and acceptance of offers by candidates.

• Keep precise documentation and tracking within the ATS and recruiting dashboards.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Presidio, providing a professional and engaging experience for candidates.

• Deliver regular updates regarding pipeline health, hiring progress, and potential risks to delivery timelines.

• Ensure over 20 accepted offers per quarter.

• Maintain high satisfaction levels among hiring managers and positive candidate experience scores.

• Present diverse and well-qualified candidate slates.

• Meet established time-to-fill targets for sales roles.

• A minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience in a technical setting.

• Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring efforts within tight deadlines.

• Strong sourcing abilities and a comfort level in engaging with passive candidates.

• Capacity to influence and collaborate effectively with senior Sales stakeholders.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven contract role.

• Background in recruiting for B2B technology, managed services, or professional services sectors.

• Experience in hiring across various regions or territories.
