Technical Recruiter – Commission-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Identify and source highly skilled candidates for roles in NATO, defence, cybersecurity, engineering, SAP, cloud, infrastructure, and software development.

• Establish and nurture robust talent pipelines across NATO member nations.

• Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' technical expertise, motivation, and overall fit.

• Confirm candidate eligibility, nationality requirements, security clearance status, and availability for NATO assignments.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance.

• Facilitate interview coordination between candidates and clients.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Work collaboratively with Account Managers and Delivery teams to meet client needs effectively.

• Proactively develop talent pools for future job openings.

• Ensure candidate information is accurate and up to date in the ATS.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency setting.

• Proven sourcing and headhunting abilities to engage both active and passive candidates.

• Comfort in reaching out to passive candidates and fostering long-term relationships.

• Strong communication and interviewing capabilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple vacancies at once.

• A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented approach.

• Keen attention to detail and the capability to work autonomously.

• Experience in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.

• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
