Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Full ownership of the recruitment process for critical positions, emphasizing Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Product.

• Overseeing the complete recruiting lifecycle, from initial kickoff and requirements assessment to contract finalization.

• Providing guidance to hiring managers on job descriptions, interview methodologies, and selection decisions.

• Sourcing, directly engaging, and attracting skilled technology professionals through LinkedIn and various other platforms.

• Designing and executing focused sourcing strategies.

• Selecting and managing external recruitment agencies and partnering with recruitment collaborators.

• Evaluating recruiting key performance indicators and consistently refining recruitment processes.

• Establishing a professional, transparent, and respectful experience for candidates.

• Supporting employer branding efforts, recruitment campaigns, content for the career site, and social media presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of recruitment experience, preferably focused on Tech, Product, or IT roles.

• Demonstrated success in proactively identifying, directly contacting, and attracting appropriate talent, including for challenging and hard-to-fill positions.

• Capability to swiftly grasp complex job descriptions, technical environments, and organizational frameworks, and formulate effective recruiting strategies.

• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior executives.

• A data-driven mindset with respect to recruiting metrics, paired with a practical approach to work.

• Confident and professional presence, able to advise candidates and business teams as a trusted partner.

• Strong initiative, determination, and sense of accountability.

• Passion for building relationships with talent.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
