HR IT Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute recruiting strategies for positions related to Salesforce, SAP, and ERP.

• Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct outreach.

• Perform initial screenings of candidates and organize interviews.

• Keep candidate records current in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Partner with hiring managers to grasp job requirements and deliver regular updates.

• Enhance the candidate experience and advocate for the company's employer brand.

• Remain updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly focusing on Salesforce, SAP, and ERP roles.

• Solid understanding of the technical competencies necessary for Salesforce, SAP, and ERP positions.

• Exceptional sourcing and networking skills.

• Skilled in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
