This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for both cleared and non-cleared technical professionals.
• Utilize platforms such as Clearance Jobs, Monster, LinkedIn, and various recruitment tools to source and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct recruitment across various technical fields including cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, GIS, data engineering, systems engineering, and related areas.
• Review resumes and perform initial candidate screenings.
• Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Draft and distribute recruitment communications via email, professional networks, and social media.
• Work alongside the recruitment team to create and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain precise candidate records and monitor recruitment progress through Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Comply with standard working hours, meet deadlines, follow company policies, communicate effectively with supervisors, stay focused on assigned tasks, and complete other designated tasks.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Proven track record in recruiting within a federal government contracting context.
• Experience in sourcing candidates with active security clearances.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GovCloud.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, RMF, and STIGs.
• Comprehension of DevOps/CI/CD principles.
• Knowledge of systems and network engineering basics.
• Experience recruiting against federal labor categories and contract specifications.
• Proficient in using ATS systems and sourcing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail in reviewing resumes.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• A post-employment ethics letter is required if applicable for recent U.S. government employment.
• Preferred: Experience supporting DoD, DHS, Navy, Army, or other federal agencies.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Service Contract Act (SCA) versus exempt labor categories.
• Preferred: Familiarity with JIRA or similar workflow management systems.
• Preferred: Metrics-driven recruiting methodology with a focus on cycle-time reduction.
• Preferred: Previous experience in a rapidly growing GovCon organization.
