📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for engineering and product positions, from initial intake to extending offers.

• Develop and implement outbound sourcing strategies to proactively seek out top talent.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and engineering/product leadership to craft precise job specifications.

• Ensure process momentum and act decisively upon identifying strong candidates.

• Create sourcing strategies that enhance candidate diversity, including building specialized talent-network relationships.

• Evaluate technical and product candidates based on their role-relevant thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Assess when experience in the energy/cleantech domain is essential versus when transferable skills will suffice.

• Serve as a strategic hiring partner to engineering and product leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably from an agency, search firm, or a high-growth environment with ownership of a book of business.

• Proven outbound sourcing capabilities.

• Proficient in building pipelines without depending on inbound applicant flow.

• Direct and assertive communication style.

• Comfortable questioning unclear specifications and maintaining adherence to hiring criteria.

• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.

• Experience recruiting for both technical engineering and product roles is advantageous; strong generalist technical recruiters may adapt across both areas.

• Capacity to assess technical fit and approach hiring from a hiring manager's perspective.

• Must have authorization to work from a home location in the US or Canada.
