Senior Recruiter, Technology & Business

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for roles in Research, Analytics, Data Science, Technology, and Corporate Functions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to identify workforce planning, hiring priorities, and talent needs.

• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, talent mapping, and market intelligence.

• Perform thorough candidate evaluations, competency-based interviews, and screening procedures.

• Establish and sustain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.

• Lead recruitment initiatives for specialized, hard-to-fill, and critical positions.

• Supply market insights, trends in talent availability, and competitor intelligence to facilitate hiring decisions.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Maintain recruitment data, reporting metrics, and hiring dashboards, ensuring adherence to recruitment processes and policies.

• Work in conjunction with internal stakeholders, HR teams, and external partners to achieve hiring objectives within set timelines.

• Experience handling multiple requisitions concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influence.

• Proficiency in talent mapping, market research, and strategic sourcing methodologies.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and various recruitment technologies.

• Ability to work independently while upholding high standards of quality and professionalism.
