Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Full ownership of the recruitment process for key positions, particularly in Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Product.

• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle, starting from kickoff and defining requirements to finalizing contracts.

• Offer strategic guidance to Hiring Managers regarding role specifications, interview methodologies, and hiring choices.

• Identify, directly engage, and attract qualified technical talent through LinkedIn and various other platforms.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to specific target groups.

• Select and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.

• Analyze recruitment key performance indicators and continuously enhance recruiting processes.

• Create a professional, transparent, and respectful candidate experience.

• Contribute to shaping employer branding efforts, recruitment campaigns, career site content, and social media presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on technology, Product, or IT roles.

• Demonstrated success in proactively sourcing, directly contacting, and attracting qualified candidates, particularly for difficult-to-fill positions.

• Ability to swiftly comprehend complex role specifications, technical environments, and organizational structures to develop effective recruiting strategies.

• Experience collaborating with Hiring Managers and senior leadership.

• A data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and a practical working style.

• Confident, professional demeanor and strong advisory capabilities when interacting with candidates and specialized departments.

• High degree of initiative, persistence, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Passion for fostering long-term relationships with talent.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
