Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify, track, and manage a substantial pool of candidates while liaising with stakeholders.

• Foster trust and collaboration with business leaders to guide talent strategy and fulfill hiring objectives.

• Create operational rhythms with cross-functional partners to facilitate and oversee company expansion.

• Integrate with teams to grasp product positioning, market fit, technical roadmaps, and company culture.

• Cultivate an understanding of the mission and present teams and opportunities to attract exceptional technical talent.

• Monitor and evaluate the recruitment pipeline and performance metrics to uncover opportunities and formulate data-driven narratives.

• Develop recruitment strategies that align with long-term company growth, including best practices for referrals and process enhancements.

• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in recruiting for technical roles and successfully closing top-tier engineering talent.

• Experience in both agency recruiting and internal roles is considered a significant advantage.

• Preferred experience in startups or software environments.

• Resilient and innovative; capable of overcoming routine challenges, troubleshooting, and devising solutions on the spot.

• Clear and concise communication; prompt and effective information sharing; active listening and engagement skills.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for recruitment scope and its impact on the business.

• Low ego and high curiosity; willingness to accept candid feedback and pursue continuous improvement.
