• Identify and engage with software engineering talent for our clients.

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to locate passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other strategic methods.

• Collaborate closely with one client at a time, immersing yourself in their organizational culture.

• Work alongside senior stakeholders to convey the importance of effective talent acquisition practices.

• Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Team up with senior recruiters to assist with top-of-funnel activities and support hiring events.

• 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment within a dynamic environment.

• Strong skills in sourcing candidates.

• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Outstanding organizational abilities.
