Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into position requirements and craft targeted job descriptions.

• Attract candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals to build a diverse talent pool.

• Review resumes and perform initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and fit for the role.

• Compile and present candidate profiles with comprehensive recommendations to hiring managers.

• Organize and facilitate interviews, ensuring effective communication between candidates and stakeholders.

• Maintain precise recruitment records and candidate tracking, along with reporting through applicant tracking systems.

• Update job postings, respond to candidate inquiries, and manage recruitment documentation efficiently.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance talent acquisition strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or related talent acquisition roles.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

• Familiarity with technical roles and skills, encompassing software development, IT, and engineering.

• Competence in analyzing recruitment data to refine sourcing strategies.

• Problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges in candidate sourcing and placement.
