Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.

• Develop outbound recruitment pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent mapping, and other sourcing methods.

• Perform recruiter screenings to evaluate candidates' experience, motivation, communication skills, and overall suitability.

• Oversee candidate pipelines, interview schedules, feedback collection, and subsequent steps within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Collaborate with hiring managers to fine-tune candidate profiles, prioritize hiring requirements, and ensure smooth processes.

• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, candidate research, and overall recruiting efficiency.

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and contribute to creating competitive offers to successfully close hires.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or agency recruitment.

• Exceptional skills in outbound sourcing and engaging passive candidates.

• Experience in managing candidates throughout the complete recruiting process.

• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple roles and maintain pace in a fast-moving environment.

• Highly proactive, independent, and results-driven.

• Interested in utilizing AI and innovative recruiting tools to enhance productivity.

• Experience in recruiting for startups, technology firms, or across engineering, product, sales, marketing, or data sectors is advantageous.
