This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct recruitment for Technical Operations and Engineering roles, managing the process from intake and sourcing to screening and coordinating interviews.
• Recruit for specialized technical positions that support biotechnology and pharmaceutical operations.
• Create targeted sourcing strategies aimed at passive technical talent.
• Develop talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs, including roles in GMP, manufacturing, engineering, and capital projects.
• Evaluate candidates based on their technical experience, project background, industry knowledge, availability, compensation expectations, and fit with business requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to define requirements, project needs, timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Provide insights on the job market regarding candidate availability, compensation, competitive hiring trends, and sourcing challenges.
• Keep accurate records of candidates and requisition details within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers through effective communication and management of the recruiting process.
• Manage multiple searches and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with client sites as necessary for the Technical Operations team.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Extensive experience in recruiting technical or engineering professionals in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing sectors.
• Proven experience in recruiting Validation/CQV Engineers, Facilities Engineers, Reliability Engineers, Capital Project Managers, Process Engineers, Utilities Engineers, or other Technical Operations professionals.
• Strong knowledge of talent landscapes that support GMP manufacturing environments, capital projects, facilities/utilities, commissioning, qualification, and validation.
• Demonstrated ability to source specialized passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and various sourcing tools and techniques.
• Experience in managing multiple technical requisitions at the same time.
• Ability to comprehend technical job requirements and develop corresponding sourcing strategies.
• Excellent skills in communication, relationship building, and candidate management.
• Capacity to work independently and achieve productivity with minimal ramp-up time.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System is preferred.
• Must be capable of fulfilling the physical requirements, including computer usage, sitting, walking, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.
