This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the full recruitment process within Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure, and DC Management.
• Facilitate the hiring of technicians, engineers, operations personnel, and first-line management positions throughout the US market.
• Establish and nurture talent pipelines to support upcoming data center launches.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp hiring priorities and challenges in the labor market.
• Enhance candidate attraction through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and relevant agency partnerships.
• Manage the interview process, offer negotiations, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial engagement to onboarding.
• Work in close partnership with Recruitment Coordinators and Talent Operations to guarantee a smooth hiring process.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights regarding candidate availability, compensation, and competitor activities.
• Assist in regional hiring initiatives and workforce mobilization as new data centers are launched.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships within the data center community and develop future talent pipelines.
• Over 8 years of experience in recruitment within Data Centers, IT Infrastructure, Engineering, or Telecommunications.
• Significant experience managing multiple technical vacancies across various US regions or business sectors.
• Exceptional sourcing skills with a strong ability to engage passive candidates.
• Extensive stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to challenge and influence when necessary.
• Experience utilizing AI tools (such as Claude, GPT, Copilot, etc.) to create agents that enhance productivity.
• Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• A proactive self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of employment eligibility.
• Additional advantage: Experience in recruiting for Data Center Logistics and Field Network Deployment.
• Additional advantage: Experience in establishing recruitment processes in startup or hyperscale settings.
• Additional advantage: Experience in designing and sourcing recruitment events in rural areas with limited Tech or Data Center presence.
