Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster excitement for FlexTrades' traveling manufacturing trades positions, such as CNC Machinists, Welders, Maintenance Technicians, Assemblers/Builders, and more.

• Identify, interview, screen, and evaluate candidates for skilled manufacturing job openings at client sites nationwide.

• Conduct over 300 weekly outbound sourcing calls, texts, and emails to establish a robust candidate pipeline.

• Gain an understanding of candidate requirements by reviewing job descriptions, information sheets, and job qualifications.

• Leverage recruiting software to manage candidate and employee data while initiating recruiting orders.

• Utilize job boards and online resources to source candidates for placement within client companies.

• Address candidate and employee inquiries regarding FlexTrades job opportunities.

• Administer and assess character and skills evaluations.

• Maintain relationships with candidates and employees through courteous phone service and prompt issue resolution.

• Meet and/or surpass weekly activity and output metrics.

• Execute basic administrative tasks related to Recruiting and Deployments.

• Serve as an advocate for FlexTrades Core Values.

• Carry out all other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in high-volume recruiting.

• Prior experience in recruiting or sales within a high-volume environment is required.

• Demonstrated ability to meet weekly metrics and/or key performance indicators.

• Strong willingness to train and adapt to our model and processes.

• Capacity to maintain strong organizational skills in a dynamic environment.

• Positive and productive demeanor.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Outstanding phone etiquette.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Strong multitasking capabilities.

• Availability to work occasional nights and weekends during large-scale worker deployments.

• Experience with ATS Bullhorn is a plus.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is preferred.
